Education is like grouping in murky waters to catch fish, using, information, knowledge, skills, guessing and luck

 Education can be likened to fishing in murky waters. Just as a fisherman needs the right information, knowledge, skills, and tools to catch fish, a student needs these same elements to succeed in their education. But just like fishing, there is an element of guessing and luck involved in the process.


Information is the foundation of education. It is the raw data that a student must first acquire in order to begin the process of understanding and applying knowledge. In fishing, information might include knowledge of the types of fish that live in a particular body of water, the time of day when they are most active, and the kind of bait or lures that are most likely to attract them.
